CAYAD award nomination form 2023

These awards are to honour of the significant mahi a person and/or organisations that have worked in service to their hapori/community and/or hapū, iwi, hapori and whānau within our sector.

The first award is named Mā te huruhuru, ka rere te manu and will be awarded to a person and/or organisation that has led work to reduce the harm of alcohol and other drugs for rangatahi young people and their whānau or to uplift the wellbeing of rangatahi young people and their whānau at a national or regional level.

The second award is named Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini and will be awarded to a person and/or organisation that has led work to reduce the harm of alcohol and other drugs for rangatahi young people and their whānau or to uplift the wellbeing of rangatahi young people and their whānau at a regional or local level.
