Whānau, Hapū, Iwi have lodged historical Wai claims or specific to kaupapa with the Waitangi Tribunal from the first Wai 1 claim in 1978 to the most current Wai 2915 in 2021.

Wai 2700 – Mana Wāhine Inquiry will hear outstanding claims which allege prejudice to wāhine Māori as a result of Treaty breaches by the Crown.
